Letter to the Secretary of Calcutta District Committee

(Work among working class with firmness and sincerity)

Dear Comrade,

The workers of stademed factory and Diary workers are fighting against the repressive policies. If we want to elevate the resistance movement among working class, we should take up the task of organizing the working class as the most important one. Only action cannot raise the level of consciousness automatically. So, building party unit in cities among working class and toiling masses should be taken as a most important task. It doesn’t matter if the number of action decreases. It is not possible to organize clashes in city continuously. This may increase losses. If we are able to build party’s political unit among working class, among toiling people, then it is possible to mobilise the entire working class against the repressive steps. So we should give utmost importance to do these work. Those comrades, who are very much identified in the cities, should be sent to the villages. Then only we can save those cadres. In cities, we should concentrate our attack upon police and its stooges. If the workers are awakened, then they are capatle to do such work in much number. So we should strive to build anti revisionist consciousness among the working class. Till now, a vast section of workers are in the clutches of revisionism. To combat this revisionist influence, we should work among the working class with firmness and sincerity.

Red Salute
