A Sankalp Sabha was organized at Jamua, Giridih district, on 29 September 2017 on the occasion of the 8th death anniversary of CPI(ML) leader and CCM Com Ibnul Hasan Basru.
The Sankalp Sabha was attended by a large number of people and addressed by comrades Manoj Bhakt, Rajesh Yadav, Puran Mahto, Usman Ansari, Ashok Paswan, Kaushalya Das and others. The speakers said that Com Basruji was a true Communist warrior dedicated to the Communist movement. He had joined the CPI(ML) in the year 2002 inspired by the struggles led by martyr Com Mahendra Singh. He was a popular and well-loved leader who always shared the people’s joys and sorrows. Com Basruji discharged his responsibilities with utmost dedication and sincerity. The Sankalp Sabha passed a resolution to carry forward Com Basruji’s vision and work to strengthen the party in Giridih district and to work for his dream of a strong Left alternative in Jharkhand. It was resolved to work for the success of the Jan Vikalp Rally to be held in Ranchi on 11 November 2017.
