On May 6, ASHA, Anganwadi and Midday meal workers gathered together at Tripura Trade Union Centre in front of Circuit House, Agartala to hold a mass demonstration demanding regularization and full scale pay for all the workers. The demonstration saw huge participation by workers. A memorandum with these demands was also submitted to the Chief Secretary, Tripura Government.
