a) On peasant guerrilla action at Phansideowa
You are not a guerrilla now. When you leave your home and take part in an action in other area, then only you can become a real guerrilla.
You are the first to break the inertia in this area … this is a spark of guerrilla warfare – which may eventually transform into a prairie fire.
b) On armed peasantry
It is extremely good, the poor have learnt use arms, we must organise political campaign relentlessly and firmly. In near future, the parties of United Front will not be able to anchors the peasant movement only within the confines of land seizure. They will use those arms against all sorts of oppression and repression and would enthusiastically come forward, participate in our political work and seizure of political power.
(In a meeting at South 24 Parganss, Deshabrati, 2 October, 1969)
Always organise a political squad, where political meetings would be held. Always give a programme after organising a squda. (Ibid)
