A Letter written to the comrades of Dalhousie
Dear Comrades,
I have gone through your review. These reviews should be done more often to make our style of work more perfect & living. This review is a correct step in that direction. Now I like to mention a few points on your review for discussion.
All government officers are not our enemy. Only the corrupt officers and enemy of the people can be the target of our attack. Officers charge with the development of revolutionary struggle. So keep attention on this aspect. Only those officers of the commercial concern should be our target of attack those who are colluding with the police.
You have correctly taken the decision to concentrate among the class IV staff.
