On 22 April, Party is going to celebrate its 3rd anniversary. The history of last 3 years is the history of great struggle led by our party. The experience of least 3 years have proved that armed struggle is the only path for liberating people of India. Struggle always experiences development and at the same time setbacks, and we must bear with it. We have experienced setbacks in Andhra Pradesh and Punjab, but we have been able to withstand it and embarked upon the path of struggle. The sole guarantee to raise the struggle to a higher phase is to establish strong class basis of party in that place. So in this era the main emphasis should be laid upon to strengthen our party, to establish our party among the classes. If party exists, movement is ensured and struggle shall reach to newer heights. Revolutionary upswing is in the offing, and we should keep our powders dry.
