The 5th phase of the Kisan Mukti Yatra organized by the All India Kisan Sangharsh Samanvay Samiti concluded at Muzaffarpur with leaders and participants of the Yatra paying floral tribute at the Shaheed Khudiram Bose statue, followed by a public meeting. The meeting was addressed by All India Kisan Mahasabha National General Secretary Com. Rajaram Singh, Comrades Purushottam Sharma, Prem Singh Gehlawat, Visheshwar Prasad Yadav, Ramadhar Singh, Shivsagar Sharma, Rajendra Patel, All India Kisan Sabha leader Com. Hannan Mulla, All India Khet Mazdoor Union National President Com. Satyavan, K Chandrashekharan, and farmer leaders from Maharashtra. The programme was conducted by Kisan Mahasabha Muzaffarpur Convener Jitendra Yadav, and presided over jointly by leaders of all the farmers’ organizations. The leaders appealed and called upon the farmers to assemble in large numbers in Delhi on 20 November for the Kisan Sansad.
