We mourn the passing of Comrade Rama Rao Mutuka on January 11, 2026, after a long struggle for his health at Berhampur Medical College, Odisha. From his early days in the IPF, he was a fighter for the rights of the tribal communities of Rayagada. Comrade Rama Rao dedicated himself to grassroots struggles and the cause of the marginalized as a member of CPI(ML) Liberation through ot his life.
