CPIML expresses deep sorrow and anguish at the tragic bus and tanker collision near Medina, Saudi Arabia, in which over 40 Indian Umrah pilgrims from Hyderabad have lost their lives. We extend our heartfelt condolences and solidarity to the bereaved families in this moment of immense grief.
We urge the Government of India to extend all possible assistance, including swift identification and repatriation of the deceased, and proper medical care for the injured. It is essential that families receive timely information, full consular support, and every form of help they require.
