A state-level team of CPIML Liberation led by Central Committee member and former leader of the party’s Bihar legislative group, Comrade Mahboob Alam, visited Shankarpur village, Supaul district to meet Nurseed Alam, a victim of the recent mob lynching in Madhubani, and assess his condition.
The victim’s condition remains critical, and even ten days after the attack, he is unable to speak. Shockingly, neither the Bihar government nor local administration has sent any representative to meet the victim, and the family has received no compensation.
Addressing the press, Comrade Mahboob Alam demanded that the Bihar government immediately provide Rs. 20 lakh as compensation to the victim’s family, arrest the culprits and ensure the strictest punishment, and implement effective measures to curb the rising trend of mob lynching in the state. He warned that CPIML will intensify movement against the bulldozer and criminal raj in Bihar.
