CPIML organized a protest meeting at the Ghorawal Tehsil in Sonbhadra on 4 February 2021 on the issues of payment of MNREGA dues, employment, water and housing. The meeting, led by CPIML State Secretary Sudhakar Yadav, was held despite blockading by the administration. The meeting was held at the Tehsil gate. The SDM received the memorandum in the presence of heavy police force deployment. A march was organized after the meeting.
